QRSL belongs to the Anti-QRSL抗体amidase family. Catalytic activity: ATP + L-glutamyl-tRNA(Gln) + L-glutamine = ADP + phosphate + L-glutaminyl-tRNA(Gln) + L-glutamate. There are two named isoforms.
