Background:
LCE1A belongs to the late cornified envelope (LCE) genecluster within the epidermal differentiation complex (EDC) onchromosome 1. Anti-LCE1A抗体The LCE cluster contains multiple conserved genesthat encode stratum corneum proteins, and these genes are expressedrelatively late during fetal assembly of the skin cornifiedenvelope (Jackson et al., 2005 [PubMed 15854049]).
