Background:
P2RX3 is a member of the family of purinoceptors for ATP. This receptor functions as a ligand-gated ion channel and transduces Anti-P2X3抗体ATP-evoked nociceptor activation. P2RX3 is important for peripheral pain responses, and controls urinary bladder volume reflexes.
